What type of mechanisum do i need help !?!?

I need somethimg that measures how much type of A gas gos out, too regulate how much of B gas mixes with it .

I was thinking of a little spinning thing that whould spin and see how much gas is coming out and send the info to a computer that regulates how much other gas is mixing with it .

Or maye some type of gears , idk ..

Have you talked to the people you get the gas from? They would have the knowledge of what types of materials are compatible with the gasses you are playing with.
