If you really want to see ALL of Stars & Stripes, go to their website at http://www.estripes.com and then look on the left side under "Services" for the "Electronic Paper" link. There, you can download the entire paper in PDF format. There's three versions of the paper--Europe, Pacific, and Mid-East. Each issue is about 6-9 MB and they usually have the last 7 days worth of papers up and linked.

I was a military brat and I was in Germany Korea my self as a soldier. the stars and stripes is a good paper. I left Germany in 95 and it was still there. That news paper was a good paper I'm sure it is still being read all over by GI's.
When I was in the 9 grade I used to pass it out in Germany.

I remember it. It was our only American press that we received on a regular basis. The Japanese paper was just a little too difficult to read. I never could get the hang of Kanji. I'm sure it's alive and well to this day.

Oh yeah! It's still published. You can't get a paper subscription to it in the US, but you can access it on line.
