Put them in a small pan with a little olive oil over medium heat and cook until the oils are released and you can smell them. Or, put them in a pan with some oil and bake them at 350 for 15 mins.

best way so you don't forget and burn them is to dry roast them in a clean dry frying pan a medium low heat toss them often. they're done when they start to colour. I think they taste great even raw.

in any kind of metal covered pan, preferably over a roaring fire, but i stove or oven will work just fine too..
