While pig milk is very rich, there's one major difference between its milk and cows, goats, sheep, etc.) A pig is a nonruminant; those animals are ruminants. The short-chain fatty acids produced by ruminants are not present in pigs; they produce long-chain fatty acids.

To make a long story short, milk produced by animals with long-chain fatty acids is primarily a function of the diet of the animal, like human milk.

Plus ... who do you know that will climb into a pig pen and try to milk a sow????
