The creation of the state of Israel has important religious implications for Christians. The end times cannot come, and Christ cannot return, until all the Jews return home to Israel.

And how in hell can you get all the Jews to move to Israel if they live all over the planet and would have to give up everytihing they know to go there?

See this is the tricky part, the bible tells us that no one will know the exact moment, but at the same time gives us several things which will be happening around the time of Christ's return. It is my opinion that He can return, and could have returned, at any moment; regardless of whether the Jews are back in Israel or if the third temple has been built.

That being said, for the majority of "Christians," I think the support of Israel is merely a pragmatic one. The Jewish state, regardless of all of its faults, is perceived as much less a threat to their way of lives as militant Islam, the other end of the perception spectrum. Therefore, most Christians are choosing what they feel is the lesser of two evils.

Because they both hate Muslims more.
Now I know why Israel is fighting for more space. The Jews from all over world will have to go to Israel so the Jesus that they don't believe in, will return.

Every Christian that I know, with a few exceptions will tell you that the only way you will be saved at the End Time is through Jesus. So Jews will be damned with the rest of us.
It gets curiouser and curiouser,.

Christians have always backed the Jewish people since
Christianity is an evolution of the Judeo/Christian faith. But the Jewish people are only one of the Tribes of Israel. The 12
being symbolic of all of humanity. There were also 12 princes
and 12 nations of Ishmael, the Father of the Arab nation.
All the hatred is foolish human pride. The Holy Land belongs to all of us. For within us all is a spirit. A being of light and love, and we are all God's children.

YA!
It was reviled to us that we are Israel all who are of the family of God. They of the Old Testament and we of the New Testament.
We realized that we were Jews.
Rom 2:29 But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from men, but from God.
We realized that what was written was written.
It was there in the Bible all the time.
Rom 11:25 For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery, lest you be wise in your own estimation, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in;
Rom 11:26 and thus all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, "THE DELIVERER WILL COME FROM ZION, HE WILL REMOVE UNGODLINESS FROM JACOB."
The translation for Israel is "the family of God"

We dont hate Jewish people...

and we support Israel because Israel is God's chosen nation. He said that whoever blesses them will be blessed & who curses them will be cursed.

You dont mess with Israel. Youll just get screwed in the end.
