How can i get someone to come in early for me at work.
i'm tring to get 1 hour off early.
the guy who comes in next dosn't do any favores
yet he owes me one
(and i can' just say you owe me one)

i wouldnt lie to him but i would just catch him in a good mood and explain to him that you need off an hr early.i'm assuming just one day,and ask him could he please do it for you..even though he owes u one..tell him that you would owe him one like you hadnt even thought about him owing you...you may be 2 in the hole to him but if u can get off it may be worth it too you...good luck..

Tell him you will get him a date with a hot girl if he comes in early for ya, because the way it sounds is he is a massive pain and being like that he probably doesn't get many girls.

Honesty is best, but when that fails as it did with this guy already, have someone call you at work to say there's an emergency.
