It's the same one used in any other ford of that year. There may or not be any numbers on it that specify it was originally installed in a II.
In this area, a used 302 in good running condition will bring around $250-$500.

Depending on the mileage, I would check eBay though, I am seeing a few the most expensive one is only 6,000 bucks...GOOD LUCK~
