Try deworming with one tablet of Albendazole 400mg (if you are an adult) and repeat it after say 10 days. If it is dermatitis (skin disease, eg, eczema), you may have to consult your doctor.

possibly hemorrhoids or irritation. Use Preparation H and if it is prolonged use something stronger like topical steroid Synalar.

you could have worms......does your bowels look stringy or you could have hemmaroids and ppeperation h is good for that or it could be some other type of bacterial infection you need to see yor dr to get aa better diagnoisis
