i skipped 5th - only becasue my 4th grade teacher wanted to fail me for my penmanship - i practiced all summer- had to take an entry level exam to see if it had improved - the exam wasnt merely on penmanship but on all aspects of age level knowledge- i blew it away - actually landed somewhere in the 8/9th grade level - but the small school i went to would not allow a multi grade skip... so off to 6th i went...
it actually kinda sucked - i was the only senior that couldnt get my driving permit becasue i wasnt 16 - and i was the only senior that couldnt date becasue i was only 16.... and getting a job after grad.... yea everyone was jumping at the chance to hire a 16 yr old brainiac....NOT!!
