I tried the one from Superdrug (their own brand) and it worked. My teeth didn't go "Hollywood white" but the really did look better after the 2 weeks.

I use that Crest Whitening Expressions toothpaste (the flavored stuff that Emeril advertises), and besides tasting better than your average toothpaste, I noticed that it did whiten my teeth quite a bit without making them sensitive. However, I sort of doubt it would do much good for severe stains.

Be very carefull of buy over the counter paste best thing will not harm is good old bicarbonate of soda always cleaned my teeth with it and never had to have them cleaned at the dentist. Put some powder onto something dab toothbrush in it and clean teeth no chemicals and very good and safe.

YES! Pearl Drops whitening toothpaste. It's kind of expersive but frigging fantastic! I'm a sceptic but it really proved me wrong! *dazzling smiles*

constant use of a whitening toothpaste and Pearl Drops will keep them white but not perfectly pure white.

unfortunately you cannot make teeth permanently whiter with toothpaste they are white or not
