First, is he really worth the trouble? You will spend the rest of your relationship fighting his wandering eye.
Why not just backtrack it to the friend zone so that you can keep both your friendships. This girl shouldn't stop being your friend just because of this guy and it may have a cooling off affect if you remind everyone in this weird little triangle that you are all supposed to be friends in the first place and ten years from now you'll all be laughing about it over a pint.

dont worry things will turn out for the best. dont fight over him because if she takes him from you, you will be the one that gets hurt but if you leave him then hes going to know what he is missing. hes misssing a girl that loves him no matter what and instead of hanging with you hes hanging with a slutty ***** whore and maybe you should tell him how you feel it could be that if you talk to him everything will be back to normal. dont worry about sounding jealous just talk to him.
