I have no idea of the day thourght to be around march I think but the years was ment to be 0000 that is where are dates come from but now they think they may have been out 3 or 4 years so maybe 3 ad ???

I saw some special on this awhile back. It said the sign of the Messiah the wisemen would have been looking for happened April 19th, 6 B.C. if I'm remembering correctly. Maybe it was the 17th. It was definitely spring because the shepherds wouldn't be out in December.

If you mean was He born on Christmas, no He wasn't.
It is thought that He was born in March.
Gregory changed the calendar some time back. In order to get it to come out right he threw out quite a few days.
It is thought that there is a discrepancy of 4 to 7 years in out today calendar.
The exact day of Jesus birth is not known.

More than likely, He was born in September/October (Shepherds woouldn't have been out in December) and more than likely around 3 or 4 BC. The Bible doesn't say because an exact date isn't all that important for our faith.
