just make sure whatever you get furniture-wise has storage-coffee table with drawers for example.
But...this is the time of year that all the dorm stuff is out in the stores-great storage ideas-look in the ads for ideas.
Don't know if you have money to spend but you could go to a place like the container store and look around. Even talk to a salesperson there and say "I need something to store my _____"

I sure hope you get the big room!!! Try under the bed storage, ottomans that take storage or those new fold down cloth cubes for your closet. Wal Mart sells the for about 6 bucks and they have alot of colours. Good Luck!!

Try raising your bed even 6 inches will make a great difference.
You can do this with cement blocks, bricks or (my choice when I did it) 4x4 posts cut to 8 inch lengths. (Put a dip in it with a router to keep bed in center of post) If you don't have a lot of storage containers under bed you may have to put a stronger brace in the middle though- depends on type of bed.
Then get plastic storage containers with rollers on them. not all sizes have them but they are stackable so put non roller containers on roller containers...easy access and out of the way.

Get some of those inexpensive, clear plastic storage containers.....you can stack them! They also have some plastic containers with drawers, one on top of the other and they're also clear.....they have flat tops that you can put a nice little vase on top and some pretty flowers and they will look great too! I hope I explained myself well enough, good luck!

The absolute best way to turn him on is to surprise him. Make the move on him in an unusual location or setting. Break any scheduling habits you may have also. The more you talk about it, he will probably grow uncomfortable. If you play the feminist point of view...He is not going to go for it.
