you are talking about using breastmilk to help clear up an eye infection. The eyes are indeed an open area and therefore I would imagine the virus (HIV)could be transmitted in that fashion.

However, AIDS is not a virus, AIDS is a condition caused by HIV.

Breastmilk can contain the HIV virus, and HIV can be transmitted to an infant through breastfeeding. I would assume that you could also get it in the way you mentioned.

Yes, you can get HIV and AIDS from breastmilk if you had unsafe sex. I learned it in the 5th grade, you should have too!

if the pregnant mother has aids, your risk to get AIDS and have your life changed BY AIDS is at its maximum peak of HIGH risk..however ...do get tested for AIDS....doesnt hurt...to get tested every 3 months..
