First you take the bowl and smack it against your forehead and ask yourself why on earthy you picked up a frozen bowl with wet hands and then you can try to figure out how you got online and asked the question with only one hand...then you can ask yourself why you didn't call someone and ask them this question...then ask yourself why you didn't just run your hand under water...oh and your head too because you probably got the other side stuck when you hit yourself in the head.

Actually, pour cold water on your hand. Cold water is much warmer than freezing temperatures, darling. Warm water can damage your skin. I have done an abundance of winter camping throughout the years. Never use warm water on frostbite. Cold will do. You will notice that the cold water still feels warm to your frozen skin. Good luck.

go to the the kitchen sink and run luke warm water over your hand... It will unstick and slowly warm the water and it will warm your hand gradualy.
