Hezbollah is using the innocent women and children as human shields. This is a direct violation of the Law of War.

Shooting those human shields is not a violation of the Laws of War. Should a war crimes tribunal ever be called, it is Hezbollah, and not Israel, who will be tried.

The use of civilians, including a state's own citizens, as human shields to protect military objectives from attack is a violation of international humanitarian law amounting to a war crime. The forcible use of civilians or other non-combatants as human shields also violates the prohibition on the taking of hostages. Customary humanitarian law and Protocol I [to the Geneva Conventions] prohibit encouraging or making use of volunteers as human shields.

whoo hoo! I basically observed newscasts from Lebanon, Iran, and Syria. you think of the information of the west is myopic?, you got to work out those outright liars. The y surely ran a narrative saying they (Hezbollah, the 'heroes'), downed an Israeli F-sixteen, and took the pilots into custody. Then, whilst there became no info to assist the declare, the story, extremely of being retracted, basically "disappeared". As I surely have been watching the middle east percolate my finished existence, i'm consistently nevertheless surprised the way it is, 'interior the minds of the Arabs', consistently Israel's fault, whilst Israel responds to assaults by utilising them(Arabs). Egypt have been given schooled in 'sixty seven, Iraq have been given schooled whilst Saddam became development his Hitler-esque long-variety cannon. MY GOD! Are those people from now on useful than the idiots interior the U.S. who surely have self belief the propaganda that the U.S. is a Democracy?

The Hezbollah comprise a large segment of the Lebanese population and are entrenched in
the government there as well. Had these terrorists been entrenched in a different country and still acted out the same way then that's where the fighting would've occurred instead.
Israel is merely defending herself in response to
the violence inflicted by factions that want to destroy her.

that's kind of a tough one,...yes they are partly responsible but they don't have many other options. If someone was shooting at you and your family and the only way to stop them was to kill them before they killed your family then you would have no choice. If they used innocent women and children it would still not matter,...if i had to take out the innocent ones with the guilty, then so be it. That don't mean that it wouldn't haunt me for the rest of my life....but my family would still be alive. War is terrible, no doubt about it, but sometimes necessary, unfortunately.

Even if the UN holds Israel responsible, nothing will happen.

Here's a list of UN resolutions Israel has not complied with..., these obviously don't include resolutions that would have passed if not for a US veto.

So you see, so long as the US backs israel, they will not be held accountable for pretty much anything except all out nuclear war or systematic genocide.

If people in the US would wake up and realize that Israel is an extremely un-american country, maybe we could exert some pressure on them...

Yes, of course. But if you're going to point fingers for everything bad then it's also Hezbollah's fault for killing Israelis and Lebanon's fault for being able to stop them and being told to stop them and not.

Both sides failed to be the "better man".

In the end, both countries, in my opinion, are wrong.

So many innocents had died in Iraq, shouldn't USA be responsible? The thing is that the Bully never pays until a bigger Bully comes to the playground and that is not going to happen soon

No, not at all. It is the fault of the people of Lebanon for not booting the hezbolosers themselves. Israel is defending her people and her land and there is absolutely nothing wrong in that!

Israel is responsible only to protect its country as long as those idiots keep shooting missles over to israel and not surrendering the soldiers that started this whole thing.
