My boyfriend and me have been going out for a month. Well last night he invited me to his parents house for dinner so I could meet them. I asked if I could bring my sister along as sort of a chaperone since Im still nervous in these things- he said fine. Well when dinner was served, my sister and I (both big girls) decided to have a bet on who could eat the most. The winner took ten bucks. Well after four plates of my boyfriends mom's Enchiladas, my sister couldnt eat another bite- but I was already on my fifth plate. My sister refused to pay me the money even though I won the bet- so I tackled her to the floor and we got into a fist fight. During the process I knocked over the mom's good china, and the parents were mad we also ate too much. I called my sister "A fat fuking whore" and demanded my money! My boyfriend now wants to break up with me, saying I acted like a fool in front of his parents by fighting with my sister. Its not my fault I ate more and won the bet! Help!

He was right, u acted like a fool. If u want him to keep u, behave llike a lady around others. try ur best. Don't eat 'til ur stuffed, don't break people's things, don't have a potty mouth...especially if it's ur first impression. Remember, his parents didn't know u in that setting, and now they have an unflattering opinion of u. Parents are big influences in their kids' lives, and it takes a lot to rebel against them. IF u want ur man back, say ur sorry and do whatever it takes to make it up to him and his parents. Apologize like u never have before, and act like a good girl. This is not an age thing...it's a manners thing, and wheather a guy says it or not, in front of his folks, a little manners goes a long way in his eyes...just like u'd want him to be a gentleman when he's at ur folks' place for dinner...no matter how he is otherwise.

But I think your boyfriend was very disappointed by the lack of respect you showed his family by using the food they prepared for a munching contest, getting into a fistfight at the table, swearing at the table, and breaking property. You behaved really terribly toward him and his family so he wants to be rid of you.

uhh grow up. thats not how u act in front of other ppls parents. even tho u say ur a big girl ur still immature inside and thats wat ur bf saw. first of all, u dont bet on who eats the most. 2. u dont cruse in front of other ppls parents cuz then they think ur a snob or w/e, that u have no manners. and 3rd u and ur sis shuldnt have been fighting.
find a guy thats the same level as u in maturity. that or grow up and open ur eyes.

DUH!!! The answer is in the question. IF this story IS true, then you completely turned him off. Where is cuth in eating like a pig, then getting into a fight with your sister? Not wife material. Of course you would be out the dooor!
