Why fight it. Look, if you actually did succeed in taking gods away from those who believe in them, then what would they be replaced with? The best thing to do is (ironically) turn the other cheek to their attempts to "save" you. If it really gets to you then just throw out some B-S when they start in. Tell them that the invisible pink unicorn loves them and that they should repent from their erroneous pagan ways. Print out a pamphlet or 2 to give them when they start in if you must. Try to sell them insurance or magazines. You won't appeal to the hard-liners with Reason, and they can't budge you with Faith so you might as well just let evolution take its course. If Christians want to have a serious debate with you, then debate them, but don't set out to destroy any ones god. you'd have to kill it at the source and that would be genocide. Why sink that low?

There are some things which can be destroyed, and others which are only made stronger by the attempt. Buddy, religion's one of those. It doesn't matter what one it is, even an Atheist believes in no belief. So, while you can arm yourself for battle, the war you will always lose. You have lost without even trying to win.

Shine the light of logic, reason & reality onto the subject and watch the smoke & mirrors and mysticism that is all religion evaporate into a pile of dust...just like a bloodsucking vampire does in a cheap horror movie.

You will never succeed. I think that you are making good attempts just the way you are. God can take your disbelief, can you take the consequences? God is God no matter how you feel about Him. He is the rock, you will only hurt yourself by kicking it!
