i was in my room the other night with the lights off, listening to cds on the sterio,and singing along. i was laying on my bed , staring at my door when i saw A ghost like form. it appeared to me in the form of a mirror imgage resembling my mom. it walked from the doorway to the entertainment center, about 2 feet away, where the sterio sits at the top of. I turned away, thinking i was seeing things, when i looked back in the general direction the almost angelic looking replica was gone. But all of the sudden the sterio was shut off, as if someone had hit the power button. is it a waring, a sign, a deception of an evil spirt?

If I were you I would get some friends together in that same spot and use a Ouija board to try to contact whoever it as you saw.

You don't mention if your Mom is alive or has passed, but either way, I believe it is a loved one trying to make contact with you just to say "Hi, I'm here!" The turning off of the stereo was likely just a confirmation of the presence so that you wouldn't think it was your imagination.
I don't think these sightings are generally negative or here to "warn" us of anything. They just want to let you know that they are still around you.
I don't believe in evil spirits so no, it's no deception. There's not likely any deeper or mysterious hidden meaning behind these contacts. They just want to say "Hi".

A spirite of your mom, who still watch over you and she don't like the way you are acting. or you are imangining things and there is a blackout but you don't know 'cause the lights are off. So the sterio shut off.

Yeah definitely sounds like your taste in music sucks
I wouldn't think it was an evil spirit, or something more violent would have happened. Keep the volume down a bit so you don't annoy any more spirits!

ma bey it was a ghost, but that was not a sign of evil. see, ghosts like to play with electronics and suck the energy out so it was probably wanting to play

I think maybe your mom was just telling you you have better things to do. Or maybe she never liked your music.

man, sometimes spirits get trapped or they try to communicate....don't be afraid until it tries to hurt you...
