yes it's in hebrew. it says...
"I'm brazilian but i live in israel, and you all?"
it sounds like:
"Ani Brazilai, aval ani garah bisrael, vatem?"
wow, how exciting that I can translate that now. (I'm studying hebrew right now)

Yes, it is Hebrew.
It means: "I'm Brazilian, but I live in Israel, and you?".
There are several mistakes in this phrase, but I guess it's ok, if she's not a Hebrew speaker.

This is hebrew. I will ask my rabbi and then get back to you. I am a Messianic Jew and learning to speak hebrew myself. It looks like modern hebrew and not bibilical hebrew though
