I would slow cook it for about 15 to 20 minutes ot until you cut into it and you can see that it has cooked all the way to the bone. I do my chicken breast this way and it's about the same. Never be in a hurry to cook your meat, on slow and then you will enjoy it alot more. Give yourself lots of time for your meal and plan the various items out ahead of time. You can't go worng if you organize your meal, most things can be heated up in the micro just before you serve.

Bake the turkey breast in a cooking bag with a little flour, and cook 1 hour per pound @ 350 degree in the oven. Use a meat thermometer to check.

You can check with the foodnetwork.com, and any basic cooking book to be certain.

If it doesn't have cooking instructions on the wrapper, try for 325 degrees for 15 minutes a pound. The internal temperature should be 170 degrees before eating. Keep it covered with foil while it is cooking, it will keep it juicy.

There should be directions on the package, and many turkey breasts these days come with a little gadget that pops out when the meat is done.
