We all have areas where we hold more fat, if you reduce your body fat by diet and exercise you will get rid of the man boobs. This is the TRUTH! It will be hard to get rid of your man boobs. Not because you have something wrong with but because it will take a ton of self-discipline. Eating the right foods, and exercising. People generally want results with little or no effort and that doesn’t happen. Remember anything worth while doesn’t come easy.
Any physical activity will burn calories which will reduce fat. So when you are running, working you’re biceps and calves you are burning calories. The more calories you burn the faster you get rid of the man boobs.
Sample workout
Day 1 Chest/Triceps
Day 2 Back/Biceps
Day 3Legs/Shoulders
Day 4 Abs/Calves
20 minutes of Cardio a day 5 days a week.
GET ON A GOOD DIET! AND STAY AWAY FROM STUPID PRODUCTS THAT OFFER QUICK RESULTS WITH NO EFFORT!

There's a rumor that this is pretty common among truck drivers. Some people point to all the hormone-enhanced chicken they eat on the road. Others suggest it's the Pot, or the long hours sitting.
Loosing weight overall, and avoiding chicken and pot (if you use either) is a logical step. You MIGHT be able to hide it with a good sports bra, but shopping for that, and the chance that others will notice a bra line is a pretty embarrasing thought in itself, probably better to just wear loose shirts for a while.
There are medical devices known as "Breast pumps" that can suck milk out if you're lactating. For guys, it's considered best to pump dry, and leave it alone until the swelling starts to hurt, as regular pumping can lead to an increase in the production.
Doctors can also cut the offending material out, and it's possible that this could be covered by insurance, if you have any. Talk to your insurance company before trying it, as it's likely to be a bit expensive, and might be considered uncovered elective surgery.

You may be estrogen-dominant. Stay away from soy as it has estrogenic properties and mimics the effects of estrogen in the body. If you drink bottled water, don't reuse the bottle and don't 'crinkle' the plastic. The plastic when 'crinkled' changes its chemical structure and releases xenoestrogens into the water. This is a powerful type of estrogen that increases your own estrogen even more than soy.
Zinc is needed for proper production of testosterone. Zinc is also a natural aromatase inhibitor, so supplementing your diet with zinc will help break the cycle that transforms testosterone into estrogen. Most people are deficient in zinc due to depletion of this mineral in the soil (caused by monocropping) as well as chronically high stress levels. You can take 50 mg of zinc/day, but if you take it for a prolonged period of time, you will also need to take copper since they compete for absorption and you may become deficient in copper.

Have a doctor check you out. At times there is an underlying medical reason and not just from weight gain. Other than that startr some weight training...It really helps.
