Should you pre-cook it or do anything else when vacume packing to freeze?

Yes, Do you mean to freeze it or to floor vacume it? But if you vacume freeze it you can, but it may not taste as good when you do so. But yes you can. May not be as easy when you do so. Good luck!

yes you can vacume pack it. The only things I don't recommend vacume packing are berries and grated cheese.

yeah...and then put it in the freezer...it will keep it from going bad for a good while.
