God said that He loved the Son and that He so loved the world,, I believe Jesus never said He loved the Father becouse love is a action. He showed with His life thruogh obediance what true love is. Talk is cheap but sweat and blood tell the real story . I think we Christians need to put that more into practice . take care "1Cor 15:58" thought i would just throw out a sharpening stone for those who need this now - those who don't its your turn throw us a stone so we can sharpen up.

I don't understand. Jesus DID say He loved the Father:

"I will no more speak much with you, for the prince of the world cometh: and he hath nothing in me; but that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence." (John 14:30-31)

I rest my case.

I believe that if you believe what the Bible says you believe in the Trinity of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Since they are seperate yet one Jesus never said He loved the Father because He was the Father come to earth in a physical body so we caould know Him. I agree that Christians should put into practice the kind of love that we are told to show int he bible. This is my commandment. That ye love one another, as I have loved you. John 15:12
