So i have big thighs, and i also drink alot.. as in drink plain water.. i was wondering if the drinking water has anything to do with how big my thighs are. someone told me that there are excess fluids in my thighs..
btw, when i meant drink alot of water, its like i drink more water than i should eat.. like during dinner, i'll finish the water first before the food and by then i can't finish dinner.. is that normal?

so how do i get rid of them? i dun wan it to be like all muscles.. i just want it to be slim...

Well, drinking a lot of water is good for you as long as you are not gorging yourself on it constantly. (As in many gallon a day) It is good to have a glass or two before a meal. It simply tell your brain that you are full sooner.

Now, as far as the water making your hips big.....no. You may have some extra weight from a lot of water in your system, but water storage in the body is system-with, meaning that it wont all sit in one place, like you hips. It is evenly distributed throught.

64oz a day is the recomended amount. I'd say anywhere from there to about 120oz over a full day would be ok. I'm afraid the best way to trim your thighs is the old-fation way...excercise

If you drink a lot of water that's a good thing. it helps you keep from over eating at meal times. However if you consume a lot of liquids and to much salt you will retain excess water weight. Watch your salt intake closely. You are more likely to see the effects of retained water in your ankles , feet and lower leg then in your thighs. If you don't want to gain muscle then you should find out what exercises are good for toning thighs vs. muscle building. Besides like you already saw some people like big thighs :)

waist to hip ratio must be as low as possible.
fats and muscles can be stored in body, not water. Only in certain genetic deseases water get stored in whole body (not thighs).
Jogging, swimming can reduce fat and squats can make thighs muscular.
I recommand squats, because i like big thighs.
