Meditation is all about getting in touch with the God inside yourself. so it matters not where you find your comfortable position or how. It's about getting comfortable physically where you can commune with the higher being residing inside yourself.

Yes I do agree with the statement. It doesn't matter in the way you meditate. What matters the most is what you meditate about and if what you are meditating about is beneficial to you. If you mediate about doing harm it would not be beneficial even if you use a certain correct style of doing it.

I meditate in a zero-gravity-chair. But your question reminds me of a story. A young Buddhist monk charged up to his master and exclaimed “Master, while I was meditating I had the most beautiful vision of the Buddha!” to which the master replies “Concentrate...and it will go away!”

The bible says that as a man thinketh in his heart so is he.so if you are thinking in your heart that you can overcome what you are suffering than you become an overcomer if not but only in your own eyes.

i find that it is not exatly widom, it is more of an imbold.. to helping people by using out brainpower... the thing is that we do not always meditate on out own problems, but mostly the problems of what is around us stimulate thought...

MEDITATION IS AN EXERCISE FOR CLEARING YOUR MIND OF WORRY SO THAT YOU MAY FOCUS ON A SOLUTION WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED.
