hi david i read your message and if you mean build your muscles weightlifting then its not a good idea, the reason being is that your body is still growing at 13 , the age the bones stop growing so you can start weight training is 18 , if you try weight lifting now then you will do damage to the growth of the bones in your body, its not worth it david , but you can do light training to build some muscle, go to a weight trainer who can give you the best routine without any problems, you can go to your nearest gym and enquire, i did bodybuilding years ago but gave it up due to other hobbies.But i wish you the very best ,take care david bye

Well, you're probably still too young to get really big muscle. For the time being, though, A)Lift weights B) Eat lots of high-protein/low fat food and C) Eat lots of high-protein/low-fat food.
