If it hurts to the touch then it might be something serious.
If it is closer to your back it might have something to do with your Kidney.
It could be anything: your appendix, muscle spasm, impending diarrhea, constipation, Pelvic inflammtory disease (PID)

it very well could be gas, i've suffered from IBS irritable bowel syndrom since i was probably 5, the best thing would be go to the dr. they can do x rays or whatever and actually detect the gas bubbles...lol, sounds crazy but that's how they found out i had it. There are medicines the dr. can prescribe to help tremendously

The thing about symptoms is they can be a lot of things. If sounds like gas, but I am not here to second guess things. This is something you should be asking a doctor about.

IT MAY BE GAS PAINS...THEY HURT LIKE HELL AND THEY TEND TO COME AND GO. IT'S VERY ANNOYING!
