i have never taken any diet pills before but my boyfriend has and i have not seen any results even though he has tried alot of tehm does anyone know of one taht actually works for energy and one that will curb your hunger?

To be honest with you, I have spend soooo much money in diet pills, and NONE of them work at all, they might give you energy, the might upset your stomach (CLA) but if you want to loose weight you just need to control your food, and do some exercise... Right now I am taking a GNC cardio pills, that give me a lot of energy at the gym, but again they are both combine, you just cant loose weight with a pill, and if you do, it wont be natural, you need to do a little more than that...

With Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.

Exercise is an excellent way to make you feelmore energetic and believe it or not: curb your appetite.
Start by doing 10 minutes walks 3x a day you will have achieved a 30 minute walk. You will end up having walked 2 1/2 hour in one week, that (depending on the pace and your body weight) will burn around 250 to 500 calories in one week.
It sounds like its a slow way to burn calories, but its also a safe way.
3500 calories = 1 pound of fat.
If you cut 5 servings of fat per day you can substract another 1750 calories per week, for a total of 2000.
