It is a really sad situation any time this happens but I feel women some times let this situation continue because of low self esteem. Sometimes they feel no one will care or that they don't deserve anything better than what they have. But like every other negative situation in life, they have to want to get help and get themselves out of that situation before it will change. Just be there and be supportive.

Always? That is not something that girls always do. This statement is too much of an assumption.

Abuse is something that people do not understand. They think that the woman can just up and leave the sucker, but that is not true at all it is not that simple.
I entered into an abusive marriage, I had to figure out a way to escape safely and soundly. It's not easy and it's scary.
Thank goodness after about 3 months, I found someone that I could confide in, this person knew what was going on, he linked me up to some resources, those resources gave me the courage to get up and get out. They helped me figure out a safe plan.
Women who do not leave abusive men do it for many reasons, they are afraid. maybe their lives have been threatened or the life of a loved one, they are afraid that if they leave they will be out in the streets, there are many many reasons why they do not leave.
Do some research about domestic violence and you will have a better understanding.

some girls who live in a abusive home growing up thinks it that way it suppose to be.
the girls are not shown that you cannot be hit by the boyfriend or husband.
they need to learn that this is not the case and they have a right to leave the abusive relationship that why we have shelter for them to go for protections from the abuser.

Because love is blind and the women love the man.I have heard of some cases where the woman is abusing the man.So why would the man stay with a woman that abuses him.Because he loves her. What it all boils down to is some people think they can't live without someone in their life,no matter what they have to put up with.

Well some girls think that they can not do better so they let it go on. They feel insecure and they love the abuser so much that they much rather have that abusive life.

they don't always, that's a little harsh, i don't, some girls have low self esteem and maybe feel that they deserve to be abused, it's sad, personaly, if a guy even says something abusive to me, he better be prepared for some serious a ss kicking.

girls or women allow this to happen because for some reason they're self-esteem is low, and they're weak. nobody ever taught them to speak up for themselves. so my opinion is if she's gonna sit around and let a man abuse her, and do nothing about it, then maybe she needs her head knocked in.

Hey in all fairness if a guy hits a girl there isn't much the girl can do to stop it. Untill they have a chance to get out!
