When being apart is no longer an option. When you can no longer be happy unless the person you love is with you, in the morning, when you first open your eyes, and at night when you go to sleep. But the feeling must be shared, of course. If it's right, it will happen.

Time means different things to different folks. Some couples have reached an agreement in very short amount of time. ("Agreement" means how they relate to each other, how supportive they are, how they settle differences, how they settle disagreements, how they will handle their money, what happens if she gets pregnant, and all the other nitty gritty stuff connected with relationships.) Other couples never do get on the same page no matter how long they are connected. They leap into intimacy without the foggiest idea of how they relate to each other as a couple.
So, the upshot is, if you tell me how you relate, I can tell you how long to be together before moving in with each other.

a few months at least. maybe a year, depends on how the relationship is going. i think that a couple should always live together before they get married because you learn A LOT about a person when you live with them and that can ruin a marraige.

We moved in together the day we met. And have been married nearly 40 years, 4 kids.
Long story. I gave a party and nobody came, except her.

DON'T DO IT! The only time you should ever move in together is when you're married. If you move in together and you're not married - well, this situation is for those who don't ever plan on getting married. You'll wind up becoming roommates with benefits, until you both find someone else to get attached to.

I agree with the person that said that they should wait until they get married, BUT not everyone agrees with that so I think that it is something that a couple needs to decide on. They need to follow their own hearts on that
