Hezbollah does not want a permanent cease fire. They seek the destruction of Israel.

30 years ago, Lebanon was 70% Christian. Then the governments of Syria and Iran both set out to destabilize the nation. Many of the Christians were killed. Others were forced out. Since nothing was being done to save them, many Christians simply left. And then Syria took over.

Israel already went home. Hezbollah started firing rockets into Israeli cities with the goal of indiscriminately killing Israeli civilians. Israel retaliated in self defense.

Hezbollah hid among the civilian populace of southern Lebanon. That is why there were Lebanese civilians killed and injured.

Now Hezbollah is "rebuilding" the villages in Lebanon. Where did they get the money?

Bonus question - Where are they getting the rockets, anti tank missiles and small arms they are using to attack the Israeli army as it withdraws?

Thats just the point. The Israelis won't agree to an immediate pullout from Lebanon. They want thier troops to remain on Lebanese soil. Hezbollah and the Lebanese government wants them out. So does Syria.

I agree, the israelis should just go home and make peace. We don't need anymore drama in this chaotic world. We have enough going on as it is and we should start putting this world back together not keep tearing it apart piece by piece.

Hezbollah will not stop untill the last Jew is kicked out of Jerusalem and pushed into the Meditereanean Sea to drown.
It is their holy war.

Imagine a radical muslim dancing with an orthodox jew on a square in Jerusalem?
what does it take?

Leaders positioned with the help of the West are tyrants. They oppress they own human beings and love this international and love skill. In time they are going to all ought to leave. Imam Muslim stated that the prophet (S.A.W.) stated: "Behold, the Imam is yet a protect from in the back of whom the persons wrestle and with the help of whom they protect themselves." The prophet (S.A.W.) orders us in this Hadith to nominate a Khalifah and that his presence contained in the Ummah protects the Ummah from the evil of the enemies and that his absence from the Ummah is the absence of the secure practices. as a effect, the Ummah will change right into a susceptible prey for its enemies like what's happening right now.

Hezbulla won't agre on cease-fire until evey israeili pulls out of lebanone. And if israel had won the war he would have to conqure more and the word peace is not found in the dictionary of israel, so lebanon won't agree on it. you say lebanone should make peace, but mind where is the peace in israielities. they are killing innocent childern and women who are helpless, homeless, refugeless. so i don't think there is any use for making peace with israel.
