Seeing a new guy, really into him and wanna move to the next level, tired of waiting for him to make the first move.

Subtle moves are not a great idea because they can be dismissed too easily as accidents. Especially if the guy isn't making the first move, he will probably ignore subtle moves.
Something that's not that subtle, but rather deliberate without being too forward is better. Take his hand in yours, and then while looking straight into his eyes run your hand up his arm to his shoulder. When you get to his shoulder and he hasn't pulled away smile. If he doesn't get the hint, take your shoe off and hit him over the head with it saying, "What's wrong with you?!"
