For me chai tea with fried rice . Because fried rice has almost everthing: egg , hotdog, peas, etc. and for beverages FRUIT MIX YUM>

When I'm in a hotel: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, and croissants (all of the above)! Drinks: hot cocoa, coffee, tea, or juice!
When I'm at home and lazy: a hot cup of instant oatmeal mixed with soy milk, or a croissant with either coffee or hot cocoa.
