i would like to have the j-lo body but i got this big belly.my shape is really nice bt i put on alot of weight through out this month.

Well loosing the fat in your stomach is not that easy as a lot of people want you to think, but if you keep waiting it just gets harder... so the first thing you need to do is exercise, not crunches, not abs, Just Cardio!!!! (for now) jogging, walking, riding bikes, dancing, you have so many types of cardio to help you loose weight... now always do between 30 to 45 minutes a day, 3 to 5 times a week, but not more than that, and you can just mix all of them so you wont get bored!!!
Now besides the cardio you need to control your food, dont go starving, because it wont give you energy to exercise, just eat healthy, drink lots and lots of water, try to eat 4 to 5 times a day, just small portions, this would keep you full, and will make your metabolism work and it'll burn fat....
Then when finally you notice that you are getting in a better shape, then mix cardio with abs set ups, and crunches, not more than 3 times a week, again excercises are good, but you need to give your body time to recover..

After trying for 10 years. I finally lost 150+ lbs (12 stone) and kept it off for over 4 years now. I've beaten 3 terminal diseases and I am now in amazing health, all around, not just thinner.

I did it without medicine, workouts, religion, going hungry or hating my food and without an operation or secret formula. you cant control where you lose weight from
but cominding the wright cardio with resistance traning will hep tone up you stomack and hopfully lose some pounds

Sit ups. Or crunches (sitting down and bending/pushing against a weight on your chest).

Alot of reps. It'll take time, but it'll work. I'm a guy, but it worked for me.

I have the same problem as you and what I will do is to learn belly dancing. It works with a friend of mine that has the same problem like ours.

Easy way is to cheat....so wrap clingfilm around your mid section and go for a long walk or excercise until you sweat...you will reduce you mid section in no time....trust me im a doctor.. :)

well here is the thing, you could do sit ups you could do 60 in the morning before breakfast, and 60 before you go to sleep, you could also do yoga, and don't sit at all, when you watch T.V stand and I am sur you see your result soon,

cut out more fat on u diet,more sit ups to tighten muscles
