There's 5 - 10 stubborn pounds that I want to lose around my middle and I was just wondering if I could use this remedy for it. I looked online about this product and the results that I found was that a lot of obese people used it. I'm not obese. Just "chubby." Would it be wise to use it? Or can I use it but not as often as the directions say? Thanks.

I can't say that taking a poke berry derivative would be as helpful as eliminating sugar from your diet for 10 days.

When sugar is consumed, the first place it shows up is in your midsection.

I would never recommend taking something as undefined as phytolacc berry tablets for weight loss.

Exercise and changing your eating habits is a proven weight loss technique and the changes in your body will be dramatic.

if that's all you have to lose Hun i would try to exercise it off and cut out all bread and potatoes i wouldn't recommend any form of tablets as they don't work
