I don't believe that America is evil, and I don't believe that we deserve attacks.
However, I do concede that decades of misguided foreign policy, involving the US actually *arming* terrorists (e.g., Osama, Saddam) has actually backfired and our "chickens have come home to roost".
In other words, we are responsible for creating our own worst enemies. :(

The 6th pillar is made up. Muslims that believe that ANY ONE deserves attacks are confused. "America" is in the middle east trying to help the Muslim people gain freedom from the EVIL leaders over there. If you truly followed the Qu'ran you would understand. "America" knows that there are good Muslims in the middle east, that's why they don't turn it into a big parking lot. THE MEDIA DOES NOT CONSTRUE A REAL MESSAGE. THEY INFLATE THE BAD/EVIL AND NEVER FOCUS ON THE GOOD THAT IS BEING DONE.

all of u who left hateful responses u didn't look at what this person said, he said he doesn't think America is evil. I'm a Muslim, i live in America n i don't hate it, people who have hatred against all Muslims and our religion don't get what they're hating. u cant give all Muslims a bad reputation because some guys with big beards came on TV and sent people to bomb the world. these guys with beards, such as osama, aren't considered Muslim, they hurt women children holy men priest etc. etc., and this is strictly forbidden in the Qur'an. So us real Muslims don't hate anyone after all the Christians did help the Muslims throughout the past, when Muslims went through poverty, we have no reason to hate anybody else.

I think our government in America is responsible for the way the citizens of this country are viewed by other countries. Not ALL Americans agree with our governments decision to be a greedy, domineering force in the world! America is not evil. There are "evil thinkers" in all parts of this world...and no country DESERVES to be attacked. Love and unity...that's what this world should be about.

America is not evil, nor is democracy and capitalism in opposition to Islam. The reason Islamic radical extremists hate America is because they support Israel. Israel has the right to exist, get over it. Israel will also grant citizenship to non-Jews, both religious and non-religious. There is no reason or excuse for the killing of civilians. What ever happened to The Qur'an being the authority to Muslims than Clerics? The Qur'an is specific: Do NOT kill women, children, priests, holy men, elderly, or any civilians. There is absolutely no justification for terrorist attacks. The reason is ignorance and brainwashing.
I am not against Islam in anyway. I respect their religion very much so. I just wish they would respect others religions.

No not evil, but fallen. Those who attack us do so because they see us as weak and ineffective to fight off the terrorist infection.
Let us take a look at life, if you see a weak and ineffective individual you or someone else will pick on them and make them feel worthless and with that have them bow down to the superiority of another culture. America is filled with weak people, this country is filled with so called nice people. Not people who stand up for what they believe in, but people who coward do to the words of political correctness. "Oh, no you can't say this or that! You might offend someone!" That is a lie that comes from the devil himself to shut down christian people - as a matter of fact - to make submissive people out of essentially strong men and women. We listen to the rediculous statements of the politically correct and follow them just not to hurt another person.
So, when those people see that we do not fight, we are weak, we will not stand up for oursleves. Then we deserve the attacks.
Men especially men - listen, if you do not want to be a man you will never - I mean never, ever obtain the beautiful woman. you will never be great. You will never experience life. You will be attacked and hurt.
So it comes down to this, either you are going to be strong and stand up or submissive and weak.

I do believe that America has not been the friendliest country of all time. Considering the fact that we stole the lasnd we live on. Also maybe becasue our goverment lies to the people, although this isnt proven. But hell no, no country deserves a terrorist attack. No country.

Personally I don't believe any country deserves attacks from terrorism. Terrorism is a state of the extreme.. it is not something someone normal would do. No country is perfect.. no country is right 100% of the time and no country deserves to have innocents killed because someone somewhere decides that such a killing is justified by their beliefs.

You can't judge a whole country and it's people based on the actions it's government is taking. As with every nation, you'll always find a bad apple there.
I think it's basically the lack of common understanding for each other and the respect we should have for each, regardless of their color, creed, religion or food preference!
