in genetics, men are xy and women are yy. because of mens unstable genes, men are more likely to become sick and develope genetic disorders. it does not mean though that all women have higher immunity than men. it is based on averages.

Most immunity is something that is built up as a person grows, someone who lives in a slighlty dirt house plays in the mud, and is exposed to dust will build up more immunities than someone who was kept in a very clean house and never allowed to get dirty. Thats why its a good idea to get your kids sick as often as possible and allow them to be dirty it will help them later in life.

I really don't know nor have any evidence either way. But, my opinion is that women emotionally stronger and much more capable in certain things than men.

Yes but they also more problem with autoimmune sickness.
