Well hey its all up to you, I would say go at least 3 times a week, and no more than 5, not matter how much you love it.... then when you go, just think as something fun, try to listen to the best music, and enjoy your work out.... find out your classes schedules, and try to make it when its not that busy, so you can do any machine you want, with no rush... Now the first 2 weeks might feel like a pain in the neck, but guess what? as soon as you feel the diference... you Will Love It...

Starting out you should go every other day or three times a week. Your body and muscles need time to adjust and recover.
If you go daily, I would bet in a couple of months your enthusiasm becomes boredom.
While at the gym try a class to break the monotony. Pilates is a great class or Basic Body Pump.
Good job in joining the gym. Now ask for an employee to at least show you how to correctly use the equipment.

Hi
I had a similar question but with the help of this link ,I have a good programme so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck
