I wrote an answer to someone a few days ago and now I do not see that person asking or answering questions. How do you look them up if you only know their nick name. I want to see how things worked out.

once here, you can try a number of different things. once you find them, if they are not posting questions, or answering questions, you can see if they have contact availability on their page...such as a 360, ability to email, or ability to IM.
another option, is to post a comment on their question page & hope that they go back to it & see there's a comment left.
last, if none of this works, i would just keep that question on my watch list, and keep checking to see if they post any questions or answers. if they do, answer the question or if they answered, you can answer the question as well, and leave a comment for them....perhaps they will skim over answers again & see your comment to them.

I usually go back through my own profile (My Q&A) to find their name, and use that to link to their profile. If they have permitted a "Contact" link, I'll send a note. Otherwise I look to see if they've asked any new questions that I may have missed.

just check on that person's profile daily to see if that person is online. patience my dear if its all woth it.
