Higher alcohol makes the wine lighter ( in other words watery Constancy)
i wine with less alcohol is like a very thin syrup...

Higher alcohol will make the wine seem sweeter, and somewhat syrupy. This is because the chemical properties of alcohol and sugar are very similar (long hydro-carbon chains). This tricks your Brain into interpreting the sensation as sweeter.
