It is said that humans are a paradox. Both a physical and
spiritual, (multi-dimensional), being. Therefore our world is
filled with paradoxes. Situations which work against themselves
and are self-defeating. Where two things can sound contradictory
and both be true. Do you find this to be true?

Everything is true; therefore, no paradox! Paradoxes only exist if you persist in believing that humans can be only one way to be "right" and other ways are "wrong." Paradoxes dissolve if one looks at the overall forces acting within and without the person. Of course, there is no way to nail down this concept; to do so would create yet another paradox! Summary: Paradoxes are manmade.

Russell's paradox is the most famous of the logical or set-theoretical paradoxes. The paradox arises within naive set theory by considering the set of all sets that are not members of themselves. Such a set appears to be a member of itself if and only if it is not a member of itself, hence the paradox.

Okay... I cut and paste that. But I do know what it means so its okay...

Is a paradox like Alanis Morrisette calling her song "Ironic" when it was really just unfortunate which is actually irony so she was right anyway?

A paradox only symbolizes our inability to understand life and the universe. It's a man made concept that acts as our boundary of cognitive abilities.
