nope sorry but hope you find her did she have a boyfriend? maybe she left with him or something did you argue that day? soomething must of happened call the 1800-the -lost thing mabe they could help

If she had left because of a quarrel with you, place an ad in the local newspaper to come back and discuss things through.
only be aware of some hoax calls to your home with the ad placed.
If she left with no apparent reasons, call the police.
