whip heavy cream+sugar and some vanilla till stiff and freeze. The menonites do it this way.

go to wal mart or somewhere like that and buy a icecream making machine and look online for good icecream recpies and I would make peach peach is the best and the machine will come with a few recpies.

3 1/2 c milk
vanilla beans
8oz. cooking chocolate (optional)
4 egg yolks
1/2 c sugar
heat milk,remove from stove. beat eggs and sugar. strain milk add to eggs and sugar .drop by drop
put into double boiler with chocolate add vanilla
heat until water in pan is boiling. remove and put into contaner to freeze, stir occasionallly.
