For some reason if I get really full at dinner, I will totally munch on snacks for the rest of the night. I seriously don't know why that is. I'm totally full, but I continue to eat. It's like I just keep wanting to taste the food, but I'm not hungry AT ALL! I think it's something in the brain that says.... Eat and you will be happy... like endorphins or something are released when you eat.

Actually, the satisfaction hormone takes some time to get to the brain while eating,. this is why people who eat fast tend to eat a lot. So eat slowly so that the hormone has the time to reach your brain and then you would feel full and eat less.

It can take up to twenty minutes to feel full after you actually become full. Many people eat so quickly that they don't realize they're starting to fill up until they've already eaten far too much.

Try eating organic food. It tastes better and you get more vitamins from it. I think you will find that you are less likely to over eat. Antibiotics in our food make us get less vitamins. They feed it to farm animals and spray it fruits and vegetables. If you read up on the pros and cons of prescription drugs it states that antibiotics deprive your body of vitamins. So you are more hungry. Listen to your body it is telling you something.

I believe it is because we just crave what we see. I do it too often and I shouldn't.
Or I eat when I am just bored.
