Are you absolutely sure that you're bisexual? It'd be better to "talk with" your mum about it rather than "tell" her. Explain to her how you feel about your sexuality, ask her how she feels about it - just have a calm conversation with her. Leave out the cousin bit - it's probably appealing to you to create a romantic drama out of the whole 'forbidden love' situation, but that could be all there is to it. Don't let the crush grow, don't hit on your cousin, it'll pass and you'll save everyone from unnecessary shock.

I am a Mom, so I think I can understand how your mom might feel... tell her you are a bit confused about your sexuality, but don't reveal the crush (she doesn't need to know that). She may understand about the bisexual thing, and you really maybe are only curious. Everyone experiences attraction to the opposite sex at some time.

It depends since when r u really having these thoughts,
if not for a long time...so I think u should wait a little and dont tell here any thing unnessecarily because till now u r not sure either of ur real tendencies or ur cousins feelings towards that.
Then after that try to make friend ship with ur cousin and try to know her tendencies ....may be it may click but dont rush it.
Then when u r completely sure of everything u can that time tell ur mother...but as far as i see there is nothing to tell her now.

I suggest you don't tell her. The crush will pass. Try to find someone who isn't related to you. And as far as the bisexual thing, are you sure you're really bi, or are you just confused and desperate? Really think through these things before you make any decisions to tell anyone.

telling truth is very simple. Stand by your mother and tell sincerely that "I have got something to confess" and tell details in very short effective and simple way whatever relation your have developed. I think she will understand and take it easily and solve the problem sympathetically.
