www.arkansasbride.com they have a lot of different places. i live in little rock- so not too sure about cabot.

have you tries www.theknot.com?? you can register for free and they can help look for wedding places for you...Are you hiring a caterer? or somebody doing the cooking for you? Maybe hiring a wedding coordinator part time, will do you a lot of good:)
