They should so not be banned. Even if they are unemployed whats to stop their children curing cancer or something. If that doesn't "contribute to society" what does?

I think this is a mute point. Who do you know that actually planned and executed having a child? Maybe 5% of the people that have them? The other 95% somehow didn’t make the connection between sex and having children until after the pregnancy test was positive.
Honestly, society does not require a license to have children. People, do not think ahead enough to use birth control until sometime after the get pregnant once or twice. How can the unemployed be any exception?

Yes. I think people should have to be fully evaluated before they are even allowed to have children. It would cut down on all of the abused unwanted children out there and it definitely almost annihilate the welfare system as far as children go.

Imagine this: you are happily employed and have 2 or 3 kids. Then, after ten or more years, your employer decides that he/she does not need you any more. You're fired. Will you a) kill your children; b) give them for adoption; c) love them and do your best to feed them and raise them to be valuable members of the society?

There are no human rights issues with immigration. America is soverign and makes her own laws. You cannot have both.
The only human rights laws are in Europe somewhere. There are no human rights laws in the USA.
China has a one child rule. Someone bitched at me and said i didn't know what I was talking about on this subject, somewhere in Asia they drown baby girls.
So I am told.

Lots of unemployed people contribute to society. We do this by taking time to raise our kids right instead of dumping them in a daycare 8-10 hours a day and letting them be raised with ignorant, snotty-nose kids (probably like yours). We also spend time trying to teach them not to grow up to be shallow-minded like yourself. Have a nice day! :)

no.. that means some of us wouldn't be born. Just because they have no job doesn't mean they shouldn't be able to have children, what if your mom is a stay at home mom, technically she is unemployed, so your saying she shouldn't have children!

I think we need to be more concerned about child abusers and pedophiles having children, and less worried about poor people having them.

No, the unemployed should not be banned from having children.
They should be banned from having tax money support that child, however.

i don't think anybody should be banned from having children... any woman is entitled to it... what i think the authority should do is impose a law on the maximum no. of children a family should have....
