trust me - IKEA. CHeck Ikea.com you will be impressed. I believe there is one in Philly.

Try Target, Walmart and K mart. But if your budget if a larger one there is always Sears, Penney's, Macy's and whatever department stores are in your area.

i don't know if there's one in philadelphia, but pottery barn has great teen stuff. you can get their catalog, too.
