Windstar cuts off? Do you mean the motor stops when you turn on the a/c or the radio? You got an electrical draw. Are you playing Britanny Spears?

Ok, first look at all ground wires under the hood near and around the front raditor core support and fenders you may want to loosen them and retighten them using a 8 mm wrench or socket.. Next be sure all fuses are good and fully sercured in their place. I am guessing at this point that a bad ground is the problem, it just sounds like that is the problem. Also the front kick panels under the dash has some ground wires as well. I recommend removing the panels and checking the grond wires as well. If they are all ok go and have the computer codes read. See if this has set a code. A bad computer or fuel pump relay could be bad. There are many things to cause this, but I would start there. Also call your local dealer or go by and have them to run your vin # and let them run an oasis on the van for this concern. If Ford has had a problem like this to come to their attetion then they may have a fix for it. Most dealers will do this for free.
